how does it work?
I'm very much looking forward to receiving an email from you! In order to make this a very easy process please include the following information:
- Tell me what you are looking for. You have something specific in mind? Then include a verbal decription / pictures / etc. as inspiration.
- Any applicable sizing (ring size, necklace chain length, etc)
- Budget- it's very helpful to know a rough budget before I start preparing a proposal. This safes time and prevents misunderstandings.

Once I have all information in hand, I will collaborate with you on a design and follow up with a proposal. Each proposal involves time and sourcing. Your patience is appreciated, as the process can take up to two weeks to prepare and send back to you. Proposals are valid for 30 days. We ask that you only request a proposal when you are ready to move forward with the project.
If you agree with the proposal and terms, you can pay the 50% non-refundable deposit to start the process.
Most custom projects take 8-10 weeks to complete, depending on the custom project schedule.
Once your custom project is ready, we will email you pictures along with the final balance for the project. Payment is due upon completion.
